Yes, Virginia - there is curling March 16-20th!

Virgina (and others) have been asking if we get to curl next week.

You betcha Virginia!

Some evening leagues are planning to bring in pizza @ $5 cost . . . or not (depends on the league) while others are hosting a lovely lunch buffet (that they’ve been collecting money for).

Regardless, a fun way to wind up the season and share some fellowship.

Because that’s what curling is all about!

Rounding out the year, our annual Firemen’s Bonspiel, Mar 13-15 is on right now!

While this is an Open Bonspiel there will be at least one firefighter, ex-firefighters, emergency services personnel, or city or industry rep on the team.

Many are coming from out of town.

And what a “do” they put together!!! An amazing finish to our season. Come out to watch the action and FUN.

Our club is SO PROUD of the amazing volunteers who have stepped up and forward this year (and every year).

Volunteers who bring curling to: school kids, Special Olympians, new curlers and folks who are returning to the sport (6 for $60).

Giving of their time to organize and run our bonspiels, run our Leagues, sit on the Board . . . wrapping their arms around initiatives to help both the club and our community!

We are incredibly wealthy in that regard. OUR HATS ARE OFF TO YOU. Thank you so VERY VERY MUCH!!
