However, by all reports, our 2023 First Responders Bonspiel was a resounding success! A big thank you and high fives to Darren Koprowsky and his organizing committee who in turn want to draw your attention to their wonderful sponsors – be sure to thank them on your next visit.
AND outstanding again was their famous Saturday Night Beef Dinner. They started with 98lb of beef which was slowly braised and roasted the old-fashioned way – over hot coals (see picture). Succulent, mouth watering, tender beef . . . mmmm!
